1 large can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 bay leaf
1 t. salt
1 t. tabasco
1 T. sugar
1 T. Worchestershire sauce
2 chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 chopped green pepper
1 t. thyme
1 t. oregano
1 clove garlic
1 can mushrooms (stems & pieces or whole)

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer tomatoes, paste, sauce, bay leaf, salt, Tabasco, sugar and Worchestershire sauce for a long time. Saute in olive oil until tender the onions, celery, green pepper, thyme, oregano, garlic, and mushrooms. Brown in same pan as above 1 pound of ground beef. Mix all three and simmer for 2 1/2 hours or more on low.
