12 small new potatoes 6 large garlic cloves, smashed and peeled 3 Tbsp. olive oil 1/2 tsp salt pepper
Use potatoe peeler to remove a small strip of skin around each potato. Place potatoes in a 2 quart microwave safe casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients and stir to coat potatoes. Cover and microwave on high for 9 to 11 mins, or until just tender, stirring after 3 mins.
