1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 16oz can sliced peaches, drained
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. finely chopped nuts
1 t. cinnamon
1 c. boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour,sugar, baking powder, and salt. Beat in milk and oil until smooth. Pour into ungreased 8x8" baking pan and arrange peaches on top,. Mix brown sugar, nuts, and cinnamon; sprinkle over peaches. Pour boiling water on peaches. Bake at 350 until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 60-70 minutes. Serve with whipped topping.
