Crust:
1/2 c Butter or Margarine
1/3 c Sugar
1/4 tsp Vanilla
1 c Flour

Filling:
19 oz Cream Cheese
1 c Sugar
2 tsp Lemon Peel
1/4 tsp Vanilla
3 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300

Crust:
Combine butter, sugar and vanilla. Gradually add in flour until crumbly. Press into a 9" springform pan.

Filling:
Beat cream cheese in a large bowl gradually adding sugar, beating until fluffy. Add lemon peel and vanilla. Beat in eggs. Pour over crust.

Bake 1 hour or until center is firm. Cool to room temperature. Serve with whipping cream and your favorite fruit sauce.
