2 1/2ilbs. sirloin steak
1 small onion
1c. cooking wine
2tbsp. soy sauce
1tbsp. garlic
1 beef bouillon cube
2tsp. parsley
1/2tsp. pepper
6tbs. flour
1 bag egg noodles
2 heaping tbsp. sour cream and ketchup

Directions:

Cut sirloin steak in long strips, cross grain. Marinate steak, wine, soy sauce and garlic for 1 hour. Chop onion and saute in oil, add steak and brown lightly. Add beef bouillon, sprinkle 6tbsp. flour over and mix. Slowly add 2c. water, stir continuously. Add parsley, pepper, sour cream and ketchup. Cook 1 hour and serve over egg noodles.
