1 c Butter 2 c Flour 1/2 c Icing Sugar 1/4 tsp Salt
Blend the dry ingredients into the butter. Roll out dough to 1/2 inch thickness. Using a floured tumbler or cookie cutter cut shortbread. Use a fork to punch 3 lines in top of shortbread. Bake at 325º for 10 to 12 minutes. Do not overbake.
