1 1/2 c Frozen Peas
1 c Frozen Green Beans
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 can Sliced Water Chestnuts
2 c Fresh Baby Carrots
2 c Medium Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together above ingredients. You can mix all the cheese in or mix in 1 cup of cheese and put the other cup on top of the casserole. Top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 for 3/4 hour.
