Ingredients:
Ingredients:
leftover ground beef, taco meat or sloppy joe meat;
macaroni & cheese or pasta of any type;
corn, peas, or other vegetables;
cheddar, Parmesan, mozzarella or Mexican mix cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly cover bottom of skillet with olive oil. Put whatever variety of leftovers you have into the skillet and warm on medium for 8 - 10 minutes with lid over the skillet. Turn every couple minutes to prevent burning. Add your leftover cheese for flavoring.

For a Mexican mixture, I obviously use a Mexican blend of cheese. If I have an Italian mixture of leftovers, I add mozzarella or Parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of garlic salt or powder.

Ready to serve! Everyone's favorite!

A real winner as you can use all your leftovers in a new dish that everyone loves!

Serve with fresh fruit or vegetables. For an Italian dish, serve with garlic bread.
