1 1/2 c Butter
1 1/4 c Brown Sugar
1 1/4 c White Sugar
2 tsp. Vanilla
3 Lrg Eggs
3 1/2 c Flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 tsp Salt
12 oz Chocolate Chips
2 c Pecans, coursely chopped

Mix sugars and butter together cream until fluffy. Add rest of ingredients and stir in chocolate chips and nuts until blended.
Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 350 for 12 - 15 minutes
