1 pkg. frozen Imitation Crab
2 pkgs. (8oz) Fat Free Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp. ground Mustard
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Salt
8 hard cooked Eggs (chopped)
Onion to taste - optional
Croissants or Sandwich rolls - optional
Lettuce leaves - optional

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, and salt. Stir in eggs, crumbled crab and onion. Serve on croissants with lettuce if desired.
