1 lb ground beef
1/2 c celery
1 can LaChoy chow mein noodles
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 lg onion
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c cooked rice (Minute Rice)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef, onion, and celery together till meat is brown. Add soups and soy sauce and rice. Put in greased baking dish and cover with noodles and bake at 350 for 30 min.
