1 cup Salad Oil
3 Eggs
2 cups Sugar
3 cups grated Zucchini
2 tbsp. Vanilla
3 cups Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Salt
2 cups Coconut
1 cup Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream oil, eggs, and sugar. Add zucchini and vanilla, then add flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Last add the coconut and nuts. Bake in 2 greased and floured bread pans at 350º for 1 hour.
