2 lbs. shrimp
10 c. water
¼ c. ketchup
Tapatio ® Hot Sauce to taste (try around 2 Tbsp.)
juice from 2 fresh limes
chopped vegetables: celery, tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado, or others as desired
crunchy tortilla strips

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shrimp in water in stock pot. After cooking remove shrimp and chill. Reserve broth in pot. Stir in ketchup, hot sauce, and lime juice. Let cool.
Peel and devein shrimp if necessary.
Build individual soup bowls by filling with chopped veggies and shrimp as desired, ladle shrimp stock into bowl, and top with crunchy tortilla strips. Season to taste.
Makes a lot—great for a party. Better flavor at room temperature than cold.
