12 oz. fresh green beans, trimmed
1 T. olive oil
1/2 t salt
1 large clove garlic, minced
Fresh ground pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beans until crisp-tender (5-7 minutes). Drain well. Heat a non-stick skillet over high heat. When hot add oil and salt. Add beans. Cook, shaking pan often until beans begin to sear at edges (3-4 minutes). Sprinkle with garlic and pepper and remove from heat.
