3 medium potatoes
1 T. olive oil
1 T. dried Italian seasoning(or seasoning of your choice)
1/4 t. salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Cut potatoes lengthwise, then cut each slice into 3/4" long sticks. Place potato sticks in large bowl. Drizzle with oil and toss to coat; sprinkle with seasoning and salt and toss again. Arrange potato sticks on a baking sheet sprayed with PAM. Bake until potatoes are golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes, turning once after 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
