1 tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. Salt
2 c. Pumpkin seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Remove seeds from pumpkin. Rinse and allow to dry overnight.

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Melt butter in a saucepan and mix in salt. Add pumpkin seeds and stir to coat evenly. Spread mixture evenly over a baking sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes. Enjoy.
