1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 large egg

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Place rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet (s).

Bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes or until a thin crust forms covering all of the cookie.
