1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tbsp prepared mustard

Directions:
With sharp knife, remove skin and trim some fat from ham, leaving about 1/4 inch fat. Place ham on rack in open roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer into center of ham, being careful that pointed end does not touch bone. Bake ham in 325º oven 3 1/2 to 4 hours, until meat thermometer reaches 140º (about 15 to 18 minutes per pound). If ham browns too quickly, cover with a tent of foil.
