Ingredients:  
Cover bottom of a 9x12 pan with sliced apples & sprinkle with 3/4 C sugar, 1 tbsp. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp cinnamon, and dabs of butter. Sprinkle a few drops of water over the top.
Mix together as pie crust the following
1 C brown sugar,
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 C flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 C quick oatmeal
1/2 C butter

Crumble over top of apples and bake at 350º for 45 to 50 minutes until apples are done.
