1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 pounds large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in a large skillet over low heat. Add the rest of the ingredients except the shrimp and blend well. Cook over medium high heat for 5 minutes or until the sauce starts to brown, stirring constantly. Add the shrimp, turn to coat all over, and cook for 5-7 minutes or until just done, stirring occasionally.
