2 16 oz. bags coleslaw
1 small bag red cabbage, chopped
1 package ramen noodles, Beef flavor
1/2 cup chopped scallions
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
PREPARE THE DRESSING THE NIGHT BEFORE SERVING:
Combine
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
flavor pack from ramen noodles
Mix on med.speed 1-2 minutes and refrigerate overnight.
In a large bowl combine
coleslaw, red cabbage,scallions,sunflower seeds and crumbled uncooked ramen noodles.
Mix dressing in and serve.
