3 Tblsp oil
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. round steak
1/4 cup flour
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 can tomatoes and green chilies
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Pour oil in baking dish. Place in oven at 400º. While oil heats in baking dish, pound flour into steak on both sides. Place in heated dish and turn to coat both sides. Sprinkle with soup mix. Pour tomatoes mixed with water over this. Cover and reduce oven temperature to 325º. Bake 2 hours or until tender.
