2 Cups Brown Sugar
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 1/2 Cup Pumpkin
2 Eggs
3 Cups Flour
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Ginger
1/2 Tsp Cloves
1 Tsp Vanilla


1 1/2 Cups Crisco
1 1/2 Cups Confectioners Sugar
3/4 Cup Fluff

Cream oil and sugar. Add pumpkin, eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients gradually.

Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 for approximately 12 minutes.

For filling - beat all ingredients until smooth.

Fill when cool.
