2 8 oz. Packages of Cream Cheese, softened
1 Cup Sugar
1/4 Tsp. Salt
2 Tsp. Vanilla
3 Cups Sour Cream

Directions:
Beat together the first five ingredients. After thoroughly combined, add 3 cups of sour cream and mix completely.

Pour into spring form pan and bake at 375º for 35-45 minutes.
