1 lb. hamburger
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/2 t. chili powder
1 egg
1 c. cooked rice
12 lg. cabbage leaves
2 c. canned tomatoes and juice
1 Tbs. minced onion
1 Tbs. chopped green pepper
1 Tbs. celery
boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat, salt, pepper, and chili powder with beaten egg and cooked rice. Divided into 12 equal portions and shape into oblong cylinders to fit the size of the cabbage leaves. Place 4 cabbage leaves in boiling water and simmer until slightly wilted, about 3 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper. Place meat rolls on each cabbage leaf and roll tightly. Secure with toothpicks. Place close together in greased casserole. Make sauce by heating tomatoes with onion, green pepper and celery for 5 minutes. Pour over rolls and bake covered for 1 hour at 375º.
