1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli 3 c. (12 oz) shredded cheddar cheese 1 1/2 c. cut up cooked chicken 2/3 c. chopped onion 1 1/3 c. milk 3 eggs 3/4 c. bisquick baking mix 3/4 t. salt 1/4 t. pepper
Heat oven to 400, grease pie pan. Rinse broccoli under running cold water to thaw; drain thoroughly. Mix broccoli, 2 c. cheese, chicken and onion. Beat milk, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour into pan and bake 25 - 30 min until knife comes out clean. Top with cheese;baked untol cheese melts. cool 5 min.
