1 1/2 c frozen cranberries
1/4 c sugar
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced into rings
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp fresh basil, minced
1 tsp oregano
1 loaf French bread
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cranberries, sugar and vinegar in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add onion and garlic. Return to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer on low for 10 minutes or until cranberries pop.
Poor into a bowl. Stir in basil and oregano. Cool to room temperature.
Cut bread diagonally into 1/4" slices. Brush with olive oil. Broil 1 to 2 minutes until brown. Top with cranberry mixture.
