2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 C brown sugar
1 C chopped nuts
1 t vanilla
Mix: 1/2 C flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
pecan halves for garnish
Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs and brown sugar until well-blended. Add nuts. Stir in dry mixture. Add vanilla.
Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full, Top each with pecan half.
Bake @ 375 about 15 minutes.
