11/2 cups of sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
11/2 teaspoon soda
2 cups flour
2 cups unpeeled grated zucchini

Directions:

In large mixing bowl mix all ingredients together
then pour into a greased and floured 9X13 pan.
Back 350 for 3- -440 minutes
