Boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 c. flour
1 c. bread crumbs
oregano
basil
can of mushrooms
1 sticks butter
3 gloves garlic
bottle Marcella wine, cooking

Directions:
Directions:
1 .Warm 1/2 sick butter on stove and crushed garlic.
2. Pound out breasts till thin or cut in thin slices.
3. Bread w/flour and bread crumb combo.
4. Brown each side of chicken, season w/ oregano and basil, in large fry pan with 1/2 sick butter.
5. Add mushrooms.
6. Push all ingredient's to one side of pan and add garlic butter, heat for a moment.
7. Pour wine over the garlic butter and then combine everything in the pan.
8. Simmer until wine is reduced to a gravy about 10- 15 min.
9. Serve over wild rice with a side of broccoli.

Of course I use more butter and the amount of wine is up to you, I use the whole bottle. This is the real deal that you have in an upscale restaurant .
