1.5 lb of boneless country ribs cubed
1 large onion diced, 3 cloves of garlic diced
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro
1/2 cup of flour
1 lime quartered
1 large can of green chili Verde sauce
1 can of diced Ortega green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions & garlic in oil. Sprinkle flour on meat and sauté with onion/garlic until brown. Put in crock-pot and add all other ingredients. Squeeze lime juice in and throw lime skin into Crock-pot. Cook for 6 hours. Remove lime skin.
