"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
The real name of this recipe is "Colored Mammy's Rice Pudding" I don't think that is very acceptable now-a-days so I dropped the first 2 words. The original recipe did not list how long to bake this, so I just guessed at the time. You will want to watch it carefully and adjust the time accordingly.
