Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 large can (1lb 12oz) of diced tomatoes - or 6 tomatoes peeled and diced ---
1 small can (6 oz) tomato paste ---
1 large can or 2 cups of water ---
1 tbsp. of Olive oil ---
1/2 cup diced onion ---
1/2 cup diced green pepper ---
2-3 cloves of garlic ---
1/2 cup or so of sugar ---

To taste or:
Lots of fresh Basil or 2 tbsp.of dry ---
Little less than Basil fresh Oregano or 1 tbsp. of dry ---
1 tsp.Tyme ---
salt and pepper to taste

- Heat olive oil in large pot
- Add onion, green pepper and soften - then add garlic for the last minute (as it will burn)
- Add Tomatoes, Paste, water and remaining spices
- Bring to a boil then lower to simmer for about 1 1/2 hour
