Crust:
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Filling:
3 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
Gelatin

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients together until crumbly. Add nuts. Pat about half into a 9 x 13" pan. Press down.
Mix rhubarb, sugar, cornstarch and water and cook until thick. Cool and add vanilla. Spread the cooled rhubarb mixture over the crust and sprinkle with gelatin. Pat the other half of the crumbs on top. Bake at 375º for 30-35 min. or until a light tan color and bubbly on the edges.
