5-6 c. sliced cooking apples
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 t. cinnamon
1/3 c. butter or margarine

Directions:
In 8x8" baking dish, arrange apples,. Combine flour, oatmeal, sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of apples, Bake at 350º uncovered for about 30-40 min. or until apples are tender.

I am not sure how long to bake this crisp. The recipe that I have has a typo and says to bake it for 12 min. I know that's not right, it probably will take about an hour.
