8 oz shell macaroni
1/2 c gr onions,chopped
4 c seedless red grapes
3 oz crumbled blue cheese
1 med clove garlic, minced
1 c mayonnaise
3 T lemon juice
1/2 c toasted walnut halves
salt and pepper to taste

1.Cook macaroni and drain (do not rinse). While hot
add grapes, onion, cheese, salt and pepper and garlic. Stir thoroughly so that cheese coats all ingredients.
2. Combine mayonnaise and lemon juice and mix well with macaroni mixture. Refrigerate several hours or over night.
3. Before serving, toss gently and add walnuts.
