4 eggs
2 c. grated zucchini
3/4 c. oil
1 t. vanilla
1 4oz pkg instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg chocolate cake mix

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, zucchini, oil, vanilla and chocolate pudding until smooth. Add cake mix and mix on low speed until moistened, then on medium speed for 10 minutes. Turn into a well greased bundt pan and bake at 325. for about 1 hour and 10 min. then turn out on rack to cool. Glaze lightly with a thin powdered sugar icing.

I have also made this cake with lemon instant pudding and lemon cake mix. It is also very good. If you don't want the green zucchini to show in the lemon cake, peel the zucchini before grating it
