2 green onions, thinly sliced, divided
8 oz cream cheese
1 - 6 oz can lump crabmeat, drained
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped red peppers
1 T. Dijon mustard

Reserve 2 T. onions. Mix remaining onions with all remaining ingredients. Refrigerate at least one hour. cover
Sprinkle with reserved onions. Serve with crackers
