Directions:
To make your own brown and serve rolls first, prepare any yeast rolls recipe the usual way. After the rolls rise, bake them in a slow oven (275º) for 30 min. They should be completely baked inside, but white rather than brown on the outside. After they have cooled, package them. They will remain fresh for several days at refrigerator temperature or 2 weeks in freezer. When ready serve, brush the tops with melted butter or margarine and bake in a very hot oven(450º) about 7 min.
