Directions:
Have ready one baked pie shell. Make a stiff meringue with first 4 ingredients, with which line pie shell, heaping up the sides. Bake at 325º for 15 to 18 min,. Melt package of chocolate chips over hot water. Meanwhile beat egg yolks, and water and add to melted chocolate. Spread 1/2 of chocolate mixture over cooled meringue in shell. Whip cream, adding sugar and spice. Then blend in the rest of the chocolate mixture. Pile into pie. Chill thoroughly. Garnish with shaved chocolate.

Personal Notes:
I love this pie! It's a little extra work, but worth it. You can use Cool Whip instead of the whipping cream. I use around 2 cups and stir cinnamon into it and use less sugar.
