1- 1 1/2 lbs. Stew Meat
1 c. Chopped Celery
1/2 c. Chopped Green Pepper
3 large Carrots, Diced
1 large Onion, Diced
3-4 med. Potatoes, Diced
1 can Diced Tomatoes
1 pkg Frozen Mixed Vegetables
1 can Mushrooms (with juice)
1 can Tomato Soup
1/2 c. Dry Red Wine
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper To Taste

Mix all ingredients in roaster or large casserole dish. Cover tightly. Bake 250-300 for 4-6 hours.
