1 lb. pinto beans
Salt
Pepper
LOTS of chili powder!
1 lb. smoked sausage links, cut into bite-size pieces
3 Tbsp. ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Put pinto beans in a pan and cover with 2" of water. Cover pan and soak beans overnight.

Wash beans and place in a pan. Cover with fresh water. Cook for 4 hours.

Add salt and pepper to taste and LOTS of chili powder. Add the sausage and ketchup and cook until sausage is done.
