1 8 oz. can cream corn
1 c. corn meal
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. butter
1 4 oz. can green chiles
3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. butter

Pre-heat oven to 400. Place 2 Tbsp butter in baking pan and melt in oven.

Mix all ingredients and pour into hot pan. Cook about 40 minutes.

Five minutes before removing from oven, sprinkle grated cheese on top.
