1/2 gal whole milk
1 square butter
1/2 c. flour
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. heavy cream
2 c. coarsely chopped broccoli
1 c. cauliflower florets
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
ground pepper to taste
1/2 lb. cheese or to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Make a roux of flour and butter over med-low heat. Add milk gradually until thickened to taste. Add heavy cream. Mix with beater. Beat in cheese soup and cream of chicken soup. Add nutmeg. Cook chopped vegetables slightly in separate pan. Add to soup. Add shredded cheese until melted.
