1 med cabbage
1 med onion
1 med bell pepper
3/4 cup white vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 cup oil
1 tsp. celery seeds
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cabbage. Thinly slice onions and bell peppers. Layer cabbage and onions with peppers, top with pimentos.
Boil vinegar, sugar, oil, salt, and celery seeds for 2 min. and pour over layered cabbage, peppers and onions. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

This is great with everything. You can keep up to two weeks in frig., if it lasts that long! You can use package cole slaw (1 1/2 packs). It cuts prep. time to 15 min. For very large crowd I double the recipe.
