1/3 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 t. salt
2/3 c. milk
1 2/3 c. flour
1 3/4 t. baking powder
1 t. vanilla
1 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add beaten egg, salt, and milk. Add dry ingredients and vanilla. Fold in blueberries. Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes.
