3/4 lb ground beef
1/2 c. Kraft barbecue sauce
2 T. finely chopped onion
2 T. brown sugar
1 8oz tube refrigerator biscuits
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion in pan; drain off grease; salt. Mix barbecue sauce, onion, and brown sugar with hamburger. Roll out biscuits and place each one in ungreased muffin cups, pressing dough up sides to edge of cup. Spoon meat mixture into cups. Sprinkle cheese over tops. Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes.

This is a basic recipe for the pizza cups that we all love. I usually don't use a recipe when I make them. I think I use a little more brown sugar and a little touch of mustard. I like to mix the cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheeses together and wait until the last few minutes of baking to put it on top of the pizza cups. It tends to get a little to brown if it is put on before they are put in the oven.
