3 cups diced potatoes
1 cup water
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 chicken bouillon cube
pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups milk
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 lb velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, seasonings, water and bouillon. Mix well and simmer for 15 minutes. Blend flour, milk and add to vegetables. Cook until thick. Add cheese until melted. Can put in blender to make creamier.
