Ingredients:
2 (15 oz) cans Cannollini beans
2 (15 oz) cans Great Northern beans
1 ½ lb chicken breast (cubed and cooked)
1 med onion, diced
1 ½ tsp. cumin
1 tsp white pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Saute diced onions and garlic until tender. Place all ingredients into crock pot. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours or on High for 3 to 4 hours. If you drain the beans, you can add some chicken stock to chili. However, if you do not drain the beans you do not need chicken stock. Add more white pepper and cumin if you want more “heat” to your chili.
