"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Directions:
Combine all spices and coat Tuna on all sides, pressing mixture into Tuna to secure. Sear Tuna in hot pan (with a small amount of olive oil) on both sides for 1 minute each. Tuna should be served rare. (or medium rare at the most otherwise it is too dry) Can be served with a favorite mango salsa or tartar sauce or its also delicious plain!
